Inclusions:
- NK Weddings and Events will sit down with you (or over the phone to be more discreet, if needed) in a complimentary consultation and discuss you and your partner’s relationship, memories, likes, dislikes and of course your dream proposal ideas.
- *If you have asked us to come up with the perfect proposal* we will then gather the information you have given us and compile our knowledge into a couple of different concepts for you to choose from.
- Once you have chosen “the one”, let the planning commence. We will source every vendor you desire and organise everything right down to the perfect bottle of bubbly.
- NK Weddings and Events will be there on the day to site coordinate your vendors and set up every last detail, leaving the most important thing up to you, getting down on one knee.
NK Weddings and Events team will have as little to as much communication with you as you ask us too. We understand this is all “hush hush” and wouldn’t want anything to ruin the big surprise.

Engagement Celebration
First and foremost, Congratulations! Now you both want to host an engagement celebration allowing your family and friends to come together.
Planning an engagement party can be a little overwhelming; Where to have it? Who to invite? What to serve? Do we have a theme?

Head Start Package - WEDDING
Our head start package is our smallest package and contains the perfect amount of inspiration and information to get you through your planning months. Do you have the time and want to be that amazing DIY bride/groom, but just need to be steered in the right direction? Then hesitate no longer, we can help you.
- 1 face to face consultation for max. 2 hours, with a customised meeting point suited to your location.
- A copy of NK Weddings and Events Signature 18 month checklist/planning schedule
- Customised budget template designed for you, sent to you after our consultation for maximum knowledge and effectiveness
- Colour wheels for you to utilise during your consultation (if styling help needed)
- Phone and email support, within 30 days after your initial consultation

Partial Planning Package - WEDDING
We have designed this package for the independent brides and grooms out there who still want a hands on approach to their wedding, however may not have enough time to give their special day everything it deserves or who want the advice and knowledge of a professional.
We will sit down with you in a complimentary consultation to discuss your dream wedding vision and how we can help with planning the logistics, sourcing of vendors, your concept of style design and much more.
NK Weddings and Events are happy to start helping half way through your planning journey if you have found yourself overwhelmed. This is the package we will customise for you, therefore please contact us for further details.

Full Planning Package - WEDDING
NK Weddings and Events have created an impeccable package for the brides and grooms who want as little to do with the logistical side of their wedding as possible. Let us take all the stress out of one of the happiest days of your life.
In our complimentary consultation we will discuss your wedding dream and every element that surrounds your vision, including but not limited to; sourcing of vendors, your concept of style design, budget requirements, which season/month you desire to be married, how many guests in attendance and much more.
Also in this consultation we will explain to you how our RSVP Management works and offer you the option of your wedding planner to be present with you for other appointments; ie, Bridal gown fittings, cake/menu tastings, florist meetings etc.
Exclusive to this package you will also receive our “On the day coordination” and “Set up”packages for optimal set up and logistical management on your wedding day.

Inclusions:
- Unlimited face to face meetings with your designated planner (times booked per availability)
- Unlimited phone calls and email support
- Customised budget template designed for you
- NK Weddings and Events Signature 18 month checklist/planning schedule (updated throughout the planning months)
- Sourcing of all vendors; including but not limited to the below:
- Reception venue
- Ceremony venue
- Photographer
- Videographer

- Scheduling of appointments for all vendor meetings, we can also attend meetings on behalf of you if required

On the day coordination
On the day coordination is a vital part of your planning process. You can plan everything to perfection, however your vision needs to be carried out. This is where we come in, to be your Wedding/Event Coordinators and work on behalf of you to fulfil your vision.
Services will begin 4 – 6 weeks prior to your special event date.

Inclusions:
- 2 face to face consultations
- On the day run sheet, distributed to all vendors
- Attendance and supervision of rehearsal (if applicable)
- Up to eight hours included coordination on the day of your special event (Each hour after a surcharge will incur per hour, per planner)
- Coordinate and greet vendors upon their arrival for set up
- Follow up of vendors prior to Wedding/Event day
- Attend vendor meetings with you/on behalf of you
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Venue inspections
- Full access to our Wedding/Event day emergency kit

Set up
Setting up for a special event can take hours of your time. You don’t need to ask your loved ones to help with set up, we want you all to enjoy this special time together and cherish the moments that will create your memories. We would be delighted to take this task off your hands and give you back the gift of time.
